Become a Ladderocity Market Ambassador
We're looking for someone with strong fire service relationships who can open doors, make introductions, and connect us with departments that want a better evaluation and documentation system.
This is a 1099 commission-only role ideal for an active or retired fire-service professional, or someone who has previously sold solutions to fire departments.
What You'll Do
Use your industry contacts to introduce Ladderocity to Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, Battalion Chiefs, Captains, Accreditation Managers, and Training Officers.
Identify departments dealing with:
- •Outdated or inconsistent performance evaluations
- •Scattered or incomplete documentation
- •Accountability gaps
Make warm introductions (no aggressive selling).
Coordinate communication so our team can provide demos and handle the sales process.
Maintain relationships in local, regional, and statewide fire-service communities.
Ideal Background
You're likely a great fit if you are:
A current or retired fire-service leader (Chief, Deputy Chief, Battalion Chief, Captain, Training Captain or similar)
Someone with 10+ years in the fire service
Trusted and respected among command staff and peers
Well-connected across departments, training divisions, or state associations
Someone who has previously sold software, equipment, or services to fire departments (preferred, not required)
A connector who enjoys helping departments improve processes
Active on social media platforms like LinkedIn
Looking for flexible supplemental income without quotas or fixed hours
